These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://psrretirementservices.com (the “Website”), our free resources, workshops and events, and any communications with PSR Retirement Services (“PSR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About PSR Retirement Services

PSR Retirement Services provides retirement planning education and helps individuals and families in Puerto Rico evaluate insurance and annuity solutions for their retirement. Our office is located at 1332 Ave. Roosevelt, San Juan, Puerto Rico.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website, submit forms, register for events or request our services. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Educational Information Only — Not Individual Advice

All content on the Website, in our social media posts, videos, advertisements, checklists, guides, workshops and seminars is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any specific product.

Every person’s situation is different. Any recommendation about a specific insurance or annuity product will be made only after an individual review of your needs, objectives and financial situation. You should consult a qualified tax professional or attorney about the tax or legal implications of any decision.

4. Insurance and Annuity Disclosures

Insurance and annuity products are offered through licensed insurance professionals and issued by independent insurance companies. Product availability, features and terms vary by carrier and are subject to the carrier’s underwriting and approval.

Any guarantees described are backed by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company, not by PSR.

Annuities and insurance products are not bank deposits, are not FDIC-insured, and are not insured by any federal government agency.

Annuities are long-term products. Withdrawals may be subject to surrender charges and market value adjustments during the surrender period, and to ordinary income tax. Withdrawals taken before age 59½ may also be subject to a 10% federal tax penalty.

Interest rates, crediting methods, caps and participation rates are set by the issuing company and may change. Past performance and hypothetical illustrations do not guarantee future results.

Full terms, conditions, fees and limitations are described in the product contract and disclosure documents provided by the issuing company, which control over any summary on the Website.

5. No Government Affiliation

PSR Retirement Services is an independent business. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PSR is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Social Security Administration (SSA), the Government of Puerto Rico, the Puerto Rico Retirement Board, any federal or local government agency, or any employer or union. Information about government retirement benefits is educational; please confirm your benefits directly with the responsible agency.

6. No Client Relationship

Visiting the Website, downloading a resource, attending a workshop or submitting a form does not by itself create a client, fiduciary or agency relationship between you and PSR. A professional relationship begins only when both you and PSR agree to it and any required documents are completed.

7. Workshops, Events and Consultations

Workshops and events may be free or paid, in person or online. Details, dates and locations are subject to change, and we may cancel or reschedule events when necessary.

Registration may be limited. Submitting a registration does not guarantee a seat until confirmed.

Attending a workshop or consultation creates no obligation to purchase any product.

If you can no longer attend a scheduled consultation or event, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email.

8. Free Resources

Checklists, guides, PDFs and other materials we provide (including our “Plan Without Risk” checklist) are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, redistribute or publish them without our written permission.

9. Communications and Consent to Contact

By submitting your contact information through the Website, an advertisement, a lead form or an event registration, you consent to be contacted by PSR by phone call, text message (SMS), WhatsApp and email at the number and address you provide, regarding your request and related retirement planning information. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
